“The beds in this facility were lumpy, and I stayed there three nights and had to buy my own mattress topper so I could sleep. The only person who tried to help was the lady at the front desk when we first got there. The rooms had sockets that didn’t work, I was told that this facility has just been remodeled. You should get your money back next time start with the beds. I will not stay at that facility ever again.”

“I stayed in this hotel for one week had to change room four times. They had sheets and blankets that had stains on them. I had hair in my bed so that meant that the sheet probably was never changed. I had a clogged tub clogged sink one room that they switched us to the floor was soaking wet. One of the staff members in the maid department stole my hundred dollar bag a gentleman at the front desk lied about my bag when he said the room had a do not disturb on it, and he could not go up and knock……

“Noisy neighbors thru out my stay. No muffler on truck, yelling and screaming late at night and beginning again at 4am. Hotel staff tried to help but were unable to squelch.”

“We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.”

“Was okay i didnt have a chance to go to the spa but was okay !!”

“My family and I arrived at this hotel at 1am and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was disgusting the floors were filthy, there were dead bugs throughout the room, and the smell was horrible. The blanket also appeared dirty, very unsanitary. On top of that, the air conditioner was not working properly and sounded like a tractor when running. We checked out of the room by 8am the same morning because we simply could not stay any longer. We were relieved to be in and out as……

“At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received”
