“The cabin was so clean and cozy! We had everything needed for cooking and eating in, and Louise had the temperature set perfectly when we arrived. She was also available if we had questions or any problem arose.”

“We had trouble getting into the room, but later found instructions in Vacasa app although we rented through vrbo. We called for assistance and was told someone would cal us back to check and never heard anything back. Just left the door unlocked. We just weren’t wow’d. Fireplace was electric although the listing said fireplace season and firewood not provided. We planned to get some, but we were looking forward to a cozy fire. A couple of things were not clean to our liking, but they were……

“Cozy, clean cabin in a quiet community. Convenient access to town, trailheads along the Appalachian Trail and a many state parks. The waterfront seating was a nice perk for relaxing in the afternoons!”

“Loved staying here! We wanted to relax away from our home town, and that’s exactly what we did! We loved being able to just hang out at the cabin and go to the town or hike whenever we wanted because they were so close!”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Door. It is such a cute house and the artwork is wonderful! The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a good supply of essentials. The location was beautiful and we had several great sunsets from the upper deck. Communication with Kim was great and she was very responsive to questions. We highly recommend The Blue Door.”
