Great Location not the Cleanest

House catered for the large group of friends/family we had. Location was walking distance to the Beach. However property appeared to not have been cleaned on the bottom level as there were cobwebs when entering rooms. Large amount of dust/ants on skirting boards.

Fantastic location in a house with space for everyone

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. Easy walk to both YCW and Smiths beach. The pool table was a hit and there were still quiet places to escape to with a book. Equipped well for a large group.

Easter Trip

Good if you only want to use the beach & house. Unfortunately, not within walking distance to much else. Backyard is unusable in its current state.

Home is Incredible!! From the outside it’s deceiving, but inside the house is stunning.

The property is perfect! We were so impressed with the layout and presentation of the property, as each friend arrived they got a guided tour hahaha. It had everything we needed to make our weekend great. The Open space living areas, balcony’s and roof top lookout bar were perfect to sit back and chill out. With a large group of 12 adults, The home had plenty of room to accomodate. I’d be happy to come back and book again for next year. Thanks for having us!!

Relaxing Ideal summer place

We had a lovely stay. The place had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, light, spacious, comfortable and close to the beach. Views from the top floors are great! The only issue was the hot water service which is solar- dependant. With 7 in our group, we ran out of hot water on a cloudy cold weekend. Also this place is close to the Grand Prix track so if there is an event you can hear it. Luckily the house is well sealed and little noise is heard inside. Would love to come back in summer.

Fantastic beach stay

Just a short stroll to the beach, facilities were immaculate and views from the roof bar were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. We were all impressed!
