Functional house within easy reach of beach. Really enjoyed staying here.

Think this house is owned by Quakers.

The house location is awesome but the house itself is shabby and underwhelming. The kitchen is poorly appointed - 1 fry pan and very few dishes. Lots of baking pans? The bedrooms were old fashioned and the room with a sofa bed was tiny abs the suds bed was small and uncomfortable. There‘a only 1 bathroom with another sep wc. There’s only 1 small mirror so getting ready to go out everyone was crammed into the bathroom. And the living room is functional. The tv is off on a cupboard away from where the sofas are - so if you’re thinking about family movie night or if it’s raining it’s not a great place to stay. No coffee machine or plunger and generally mean spirited in how unwelcoming the owners of this house obviously are. It’s old and shabby and not a lovely space for families to enjoy. Over priced for 4 nights. Find another house in smiths beach.
