「Very nice location and quiet.」

「Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.」

「I had an amazing time from the second I walked into the hotel. The recepter was kind enough to help us get situated and even helped us upgrade to a bigger room for a good price. The room service was good too. I would definitely stay there again.」

「The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. 「Close to supermarket and shopping mall. Close to tram and bus station, though a bit far away from Melbourne City centre. Quiet and nice environment. Housekeeping service is good. 」

「很寬敞的空間，寧靜環境，門口可泊車很方便，職員很友善及很幫忙，極好的一次經驗，下次會再來！」

「Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

「Scene is very beautiful. You can even see the wild kangaroo, it is fun. The breakfast is really nice, so yummy! I expect to visit here again.」

「Motel的遙控器不好操作」

「Great location, close to the shopping mall.」

「Room was clean and user friendly. The shared amenities were clean and very well maintained.」
