Welcome.
It is ideally situated, within a 60 meter walk to a beautiful beach and a shelter shed.
Great for family activities on those hot days eg; swimming , cricket & walking.
It's a great place to relax for the tranquility of it all.

Smoky Bay, a # 1 Holiday destination with great crabbing, fishing & a supply of oysters readily available from the Oyster Growers providing a days notice is given.
Whiting, Crabs, Salmon, Garfish, Tommie's & Kingfish (during the summer months).
The house is a fully self-contained in a country style accommodation, Neat but Honest.
Black out blinds installed for a good night's sleep.
Air Conditioned in the Dining/Lounge and the far bedroom at the end of the passage.
ideal temp to set Aircons is at 22' for winter and Summer, a ceiling fan has been installed in the bedroom opposite the laundry for summer use, keep all leading doors and windows closed for the units to work effectively during the hot summer days.
A wood heating for winter use if you should desire to use it.

Rain water supplied to the Kitchen sink.
Use rainwater only in the electric Kettle.

Kitchen: Elect. stove / Fan Forced Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer units, Toaster, ETC.
Lounge/Dining Room, tasteful furnishings, TV's, DVD Player.
2 - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps Max. 7, ( 1 S/bed, Single Bunk beds (sleeps 2), 2 Q/beds )+(1 SB can also be supplied in the bottom family room) can accommodate one extra person on request. Must give details well in advance please to details below.

Bottom Family room has plenty of space for children and a single bed on request (if required.) can be made up before your arrival.
Front porch enclosed the full length of the house, great for winter warmth and activities.

Front Load Washing machine & powder supplied. Clothes dryer, Vacuum Cleaner supplied .

Smoky Bay has a beautiful township & Bay, a Shop/Liquor and a Football Club for Friday night meals.
Has some of the best fishing Beaches, a Jetty, a Boat Ramp Marina & Swimming enclosure.
There is an oyster tour at Smoky if one should be interested, wine and dine.

Great Holiday Home!!
Great Holiday Home!! The booking and dealing with owner was so easy. No problems at all. The property is all as u expect as listed. Very comfortable for 5 adults and all the home ammenities were available. Close to the beach and was great for our dog to have the space outside to run around

Walking distance to jetty and beach
We booked the house to attend our friends birthday in Smoky Bay . Accommodation was good disappointed that the toilet was blocked the whole time during our stay . We have lots of friends there so we were able to use their bathroom.

A nice quiet location very close to the beach. Neat and tidy with plenty of space for your cars and boat to be off the street. Inside was also spacious, clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay at this house again.
