"Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "

"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"het verblijf was best oke . de plek was helemaal super! je bent zo op de piste en is goed aan te rijden. het huis zelf was erg gebrekkig, zo waren er best wat dingen die defect waren, kapotte vloer tegels, stopcontacten, slechte matrassen, douches waar je niet in kan staan. voor de rest staat er dat het huis en 2017 compleet gerenoveerd is maar dit is weer nodig . voor de rest is het huis zelf perfect voor gezinnen om te verblijven. wij hebben het erg leuk en gezellig gehad."

"Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Holzhaus. Um Skifahren zu gehen, hat das Haus eine perfekte Lage. Wenn es der Schnee hergibt, kann man zwischen vielen verschiedenen Liften wählen. Die größten Skigebiete Klinovec und Plesivec waren nur 20min entfernt. Und am Nachmittag konnte man sich an dem schönen Pelletofen wärmen. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Wie in dem Haus 8 Erwachsene schlafen sollen, ist fragwürdig. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt."

Die erwachsenen ‚Kinder‘ hatten kein Problem, zu sechst gemeinsam in einem grossen Zimmer über der ehemaligen Scheune zu schlafen und ein Bad gemeinsam zu benutzen. Die wunderbare Natur ist prima für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen geeignet, wobei leider das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts regnerisch war. Allerdings liegt das vierte Zimmer im Dachspitz ohne Türe, was für unseren einwöchigen Ferienaufenthalt unproblematisch war. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und freundlich. "Netter Empfang, schönes Haus abseits des Trubels, funktionale Ausstattung in allen Wohneinheiten gegeben. Einzig die sehr "ausgelatschte" lackierte Treppe mit überhöhter Rutschgefahr, sollte für Gäste mit Bewegungseinschränkungen überdacht werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man für ein Ferienhaus mit dieser Personenanzahl benötigt. Danke dem Housekeeping, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns noch einen Holzkohlegrill aus dem Nebengelass organisiert und Holz für die Feuerschale präpariert....

Lichtverhältnisse über dem Essenstisch könnten z.B. durch eine Stehlampe verbessert werden und die Couch unten könnte ein paar Kissen vertragen. Kleinigkeiten, die das gute Bild abrunden würden ;) "
