「Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our oldest kid at Vanderbilt. This is closer to the freshman dorms than any hotel, includes a parking space, and had plenty of space for us and our two younger kids.The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, has no stinky air "fresheners" (all too common in rental homes these days), and had nice touches like extension cords for easy bedside phone charging and granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast. 「We loved this place so much! The riverside balcony was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Cute little groundhogs scurried around on the ground, and I even saw a few raccoons. They were fun to watch and did not cause any harm. The condo was spotless! I simply cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back! I do have 2 wishes: 1) There were 2 coffee makers but both took pods. I wish one had been a traditional coffee maker because my husband drinks LOTS of coffee each...
