The check in was uneventful. Security is good. You have to swipe your room card to use the elevator. Parking should be included though. Also the fan in the room is very loud. I tried to reach front desk by phone but no answer. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Staff were great. Very polite. Good food at the restaurant. Beds were very soft. Odour emanating from floor vent in bathroom that wasn’t pleasant. Would go there again if I knew the odour was isolated to just that one room.

Everything was great. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean. I have 2 recommendations. 1. We got here during a snow storm, after it ended I had hoped that the area in front of the hotel where the valet pulled the cars up had been plowed or shoveled. Everytime we got into our cars our shoes and socks got soaked. 2. Room was very spacious but I thought it was odd that the closet to hang clothes was on the other side of the room. It would be great if there were some coat/jacket/outerwear hooks on the wall on the tiled section of the room just after the room door.
