“Check in was flawless. Parking is free & easily. The place smelled great. Ocean View was lovely & having access to their scope was a bonus. The espresso machine made a great cup of coffee and beds were very comfortable. Fyi: The reviews I read before our stay said there was a dishwasher & clothing washer. There is NOT. But, the place was clean & spacious, with fun decor! We noticed a little typical wear/tear & the wardrobe closest to the door could use an anchor. It didn't bother us……

“The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. ”
