Nice and close Nice and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Close enough to beach, but felt separate and very quiet!

Family getaway.

I feel the linen package was lacking. It would’ve been nice to have more towels, and beach towels available. Also more pillows available. The beach wagon was very nice and really came in handy.

Great house.

The house is beautiful we had a great week. I would recommend if you cook bring a good frying pan with you. The only problems we had were the elevator wasn't working when we got there, and one other time when we were there. Dillion came out to fix it even on the weekend he was super friendly.

Short Fall Escape

We had a great time! The property is neat and clean - just right for our group. The outdoor space is great for kids and dogs! We TRULY appreciate being able to easily bring our sweet dog with no hassle. If I had to find room for improvement - I would say that there were a few live and a few dead bugs that we dealt with - also the very hard wood floors have no carpets which leads to a very echo-y environment throughout the house. Again, we enjoyed our stay the start up necessities were great, and we even had GREAT neighbors to talk to when outside! We will be back!

I never actually stayed here. Maybe 24 hours after making my reservation I found out my nieces home was cancelled(different property) and I messaged explaining my circumstances and asked if I could cancel. It took 3 messages before I got a response that I had to work with Vrbo. Vrbo said I needed to work with Maven. I again reached out to see if I could cancel or change properties, no response, not even a response to say no. I tried to just cancel, no response. Then last plea was to see if I could shift dates, and still no response. I am more than disappointed and would not recommend working with someone so unresponsive.
