This is a very beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor that is as close as you can get to the point of the building in a 2 bedroom unit. This location allows for absolutely spectacular ocean views from the private balcony off the living room and master bedroom.

The balcony is equipped with very comfortable outdoor furniture allowing for enjoyment of the unobstructed views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. The refrigerator has a filtered - water ice maker system. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with extra seating available at the bar.

The living area is well accessorized with plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family. For accommodating those additional guests the sofa opens up to a queen sized bed. There is a flat screen TV and other entertainment equipment and WiFi is also provided throughout the unit.

The master bedroom has a king bed and access out to the private balcony. There is a private bath with walk-in shower. There is also a flat screen TV in the master as well.

The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunks (adult sized twins) and a double bed. This bedroom is equipped with a TV as well. Just outside the bedroom door is an additional full bath with tub and shower combination.

Just down the hallway from the second bathroom is the laundry area complete with washer and dryer.

This condo is light, bright, spacious and furnished to help make your vacation at the beach one you will not soon forget – maximum views included!!

The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.

PLEASE NOTE: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
