Standard

Space was pretty good for a large group. Thermostat did not work on Almost Heaven side and the oven on that side was really below par. Not many utensils on either side. Furniture / beds were below average even for a beach rental. Cannot utilize counter top for hot items so when cooking for a large group, that is a challenge. Location is good and beach access is great. Needs some updating from appliance/kitchen side of things as well as furniture but can overlook that due to location.....
