Our stay here and it was exactly as described. House had everything we needed and was the perfect size. We enjoyed sitting up on the top deck in the evening with a super view of the beach and ocean as well as relaxing in the hot tub.

We loved everything about this house! The location is perfect for a quiet family vacation in Topsail Beach. The kids loved being so close to the water and beach to play everyday. We loved watching the dolphins right from the deck, sunrises were amazing, and the house was just right for our family of 5. Having on site laundry was a HUGE bonus for a beach vacation stay. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and the check in process was a breeze.

The house was amazing. Just as advertised. Views were fantastic. We had one fantastic sunset due to cloudiness. Some nights were a bit chilly but the hot tub made up for it. We were presented with falling stars one night, a beautiful rainbow over the ocean another day. Even caught glimps of dolphins. Day trip to Wilmington. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also a lovely hike over the intercostal waterway bridge. A fantastic week to start 2025. Could become our New Years tradition. One warning though. If you have a fur baby the yard is true to being a beach yard with sand spurs. Ours picked a couple in his paws but was easily removed. 10 stars from us.

The location of the home was amazing. The cleanliness of the home was also good. But there was only one trash bag. The kitchen lights did not work. The Wi-Fi went out half way through our stay and did not turn back on. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The master bedroom ceiling fan was incredibly noisy. There was several nails and screws sticking up on the deck. The view was amazing and we loved being so close to the beach.

This beautiful little home is perfect for getting away to do a lot of nothing but basking in the slowness of Topsail Island. First of all, North Topsail Beach is quiet and friendly. We were steps from the beach. You can walk or bike on the quiet road that roads behind the home. We spent so much time on the porch and levels of decks. The views are spectacular. We have been to other Carolina beaches. This one is much less crowded. We spent the week as a family enjoying each other's company but could easily move to an area (porch, deck, bedroom) to be alone for a bit. The kitchen has what you will need for simple meals. It is an older property but has new windows and flouring. There is a new water heater. The AC was great.

We loved the house and the location. The deck area and outdoor living space was amazing. We had such a great time and will always love the location and the memories made there. The only reason I took away a star was because the beds were not that comfortable and the master bedroom also stayed way warmer than the other rooms. The bunk room would be ice cold while the master was warm. We tried variations of keeping the bedroom doors open or closed and couldn’t quite get the temperature right to stay cool at night in the master. The house is so cute though and the decor was great as well. We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc provided. We wouldn’t change a thing except to have been a little more comfortable while sleeping.

Great views and nice deck. Small, quaint, comfortable place. When we got to the house, there was no basic essentials, like no toilet paper, soap, scrub brushes, paper towels, towels, trashbags, etc. We were told that these were supplied (on listing and over messaging). Reached out to Vacasa, they did not get back to me until the next day. I requested compensation and they did accordingly. We were only able to take about a 3 minute shower before the hot water started running out, which was disappointing. Hot tub maintenance people came one day without any kind of notification beforehand.

The house was totally as it's appear!! The kitchen was great and fully stocked!!The outside area/porches were amazing!!! I didn't like that we couldn't control the a/c is was on locked on 72 the whole time so we couldn't adjust it at all and it was warm in the house most definitely at bedtime!!We had 5 people in our stay and we only had hot water for 1 person at a time then wait an hour for second person to have hot water!!

This property was perfect for us. Excellent situation close to beach and wonderful views of the ocean. Well equipped with everything we needed, more than was expected after reading information. Huge deck with gates to stairs which meant we could allow our dog to lie outside and not worry. The hot tube was wonderful, perfect temperature, fairly private and good views. Loved the tall chairs, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Superb place to relax and unwind.

We absolutely loved our time at North Topsail Beach. The house was clean, perfect size, and had great amenities including easy beach access, a hot tub, and a very large deck. We enjoyed every minute. It was the perfect oasis for our beach getaway!
