Head up to the first floor, where three comfortable bedrooms each open to the deck through sliding glass doors, offering easy access to the outdoors. Two shared full bathrooms are located on this level, making it ideal for families or groups.

The reverse floor plan places the main living area on the top level to maximize the views. The bright and open living room invites you to relax with a movie, dive into a book from the well-stocked library, or simply enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and includes a flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and ice maker. ALL bed linens and towels are provided; however, we do not provide beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay.


House Rules:
**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
