Nestled on the sound side with a private dock, this home invites you to bring your boat or launch your kayaks and paddleboards right from the backyard (boat lift currently unavailable).

• Ground Level: Direct access to the pool, outdoor shower, dock, and storage for beach gear, kayaks, or paddleboards.
Elevator Access makes it easy to move between all levels.

To get your stay off to a smooth start, we provide a thoughtful bundle of “starter” items:
• Coffee, sugar, creamer, sugar alternatives, and filters
• New kitchen scrubber, dish towel & washcloth

Additional Booking Details:
• $1,000 security deposit and signed rental agreement (via Ownerez) required to secure booking
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old and provide ID with matching credit card
• No smoking or pets allowed
• Hot tub and pool heating available March 1 – June 1 and Sept 15 – Dec 15 (additional cost)
• No pool heating June 1 – Sept 15
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
• Final payment due 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation
