Topsail Island is a quiet, residential island with twenty six miles of uncrowded sandy beaches offering beautiful sunsets with many activities and attractions nearby. Known for its quiet beaches, nearby championship golf courses and excellent fishing, North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, is an excellent place for a family vacation no matter what the season. We own a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse located at Unit 112, Heron Cay Townhomes, Rt. 210, North Topsail Beach, North Carolina.

Perfect North Topsail Getaway

This townhouse is an exceptional lodging for a getaway in the North Topsail area; It has a nice layout for our family of seven that made our stay comfortable for the 3 nights that we were there; Situated in between the beach and the sound makes you enjoy both places without walking far; It's also located close to the shops and restaurants which is very convenient... Another thing is Edward is a great host who responds quickly to our questions/requests. We would definitely consider staying in this townhouse again for future vacations in this area.

Beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ed’s townhouse. The view of the sound was outstanding! There were crab traps, fishing pole, and throw net to enjoy. The beach was peaceful and easy to access. The only “not so good” aspect was that the full bed and singles wer not comfortable. Otherwise the place was perfect!

Gorgeous views!

The listing does not do this place justice. When you enter the upper floor, the back wall is all windows, when the blinds are open you have the most amazing view of the sound and gorgeous sunsets. The two decks off of the back bedrooms also share that gorgeous view. Yes, the decor is dated, but it's not as dated as you would expect from the photos. The layout is spacious and clean and the unit is bright and airy. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Check in was quick and easy. The townhouse was very clean and well-stocked. The sound views from the deck are amazing, and it’s a very short walk across the street to the private beach access.

Topsail Paradise

Pictures didn't do this place justice. Very quiet end unit. West facing sunsets, East facing sunrise with a partial ocean view. Private beach access is directly across the street. From in condo to in ocean is under three minutes. Well stocked kitchen. Big TV for watching the big game. I was nervous about the old decor but everything was really clean. Had two small requests that host helped me with. Responded instantly. Very good communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location...great Sound sunsets...so quiet, never heard from any neighbors...ceiling fans were such a blessing...internet outstanding...first time ever able to check in so early...communication with owner was wonderful...felt like home at the beach....
