Short stay

The overall location to the beach is great! We were able to walk to the beach and back easily with 4 kids all ages 8 and under. I do think that the cleaning could have been better. We found a few dead cockroaches and one alive one. Overall the layout of the house was very conducive to our stay. The elevator was also a great addition.

Nice House IF Kept Up

The minute we get there the A/C is broken and nothing has been done about it, I call the property manager who sends someone out at 10pm that night. When the HVAC guy gets there he tells me he has been to the house MULTIPLE times, she wont buy a new unit so he gets called out all the time. Aka she knew there was a problem but wouldnt fix it. MULTIPLE roaches found in the home throughout our stay, one found in the bed. The water only allows one person to shower. Literally one person, no one else can shower or dont bother running the Washer or Dishwasher. The location of the home is PERFECT and the size of the home is, just seems there is no upkeep or cleanliness whatsoever.
