What an AMAZING vacation! Our family takes a yearly trip to NTB and this is by far our favorite house we've stayed in. Prompt communication with detailed instructions. Very easy to contact with questions. We had 9 adults, 3 kids and had so much space. Very easy to get in with the key pad on the door. Everything was clean and as pictured. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the beach. Outdoor shower is nice and convenient. Pool was not available for use yet, but looks like it should be ready soon and is in a convenient location. Abundance of deck space with seating on every deck. Hot tub, sauna, fire place, and grill easily accessible with view of the sound. Elevator was appreciated on move in and move out days. Plenty of Seating in the living room and dining room. Infinity table was fun. The kitchen is open with a large island and stocked well with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, etc. Regular coffee maker and one to use pods in. Linens provided in all rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The extra blankets and throws in the bedrooms as well as the extra towels in the laundry room were appreciated. We loved having the mesh laundry hampers in the rooms. Plenty of bathrooms; all stocked with hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Check out instructions were super simple and eased some stress on move out day. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back soon!

Family vacation

The perfect house at the perfect beach! House was amazing, beautiful, spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. Nice pool and across the street access to a clean and uncrowded beach. We enjoyed every minute. The management team was awesome to work with at every point of the process- quick to reply and answer questions. We loved our trip!

Fantastic Stay

Our time on the property was GREAT! Property manager was very quick about communicating and offered to expidite processes when things went wrong! The house was super clean - each room was comfortable. My entire group has been raving about the trip for weeks. Great access to beach, and great neighbors as well. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful place to stay

We really enjoyed this home . We had family come into town and it served all our needs. This home is beautiful and has a lot of room. The ocean view through the living room and kitchen windows are gorgeous. The elevator was so helpful for our family who had an injury. The beach is right across the street and the outside shower is wonderful to clean off in. Property management was very responsive . Definitely would rent here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Large Groups – Breathtaking Views and Excellent Amenities!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beach house. With a group of 12 adults and 7 kids, this home provided everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated our large group, and the multiple levels allowed everyone to find their own space while still coming together for family time. The views from the deck were breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the waves roll in, especially during sunset. The house is equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for, from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of entertainment options for both adults and kids. The beach access was convenient, making it easy to spend time on the sand, and the kids had an absolute blast playing in the surf. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made sure everything was in top condition for our stay. We highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with family and friends!
