Singapore Snow City Hotels

"The hotel doesn't feel crowded even though there are a lot of guests, and the location next to the zoo is perfect for family holidays and staycations. Staff are kind, warm and patient. This hotel is especially kid-friendly. Housekeeping even provides kid-sized toothbrushes and room slippers. The breakfast is also superb with great buffet spread. Drinks wise -- good coffee and alcohol for the adults, and delicious chocolate milk and a chocolate fountain that wows the kids. The only small blip for our stay is that the breakfast area gets extremely packed during 9-10am. But other than that, all was great and we will certainly stay here again!"

"Room a little small even for one person "

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "

"The vip lounge on the top floor was excellent, great choice of food and drink and the service was top notch. "

"The bedside light was always shining and even sometimes not work, and the battery charge was not working, the desks was full of ant, I tried to call the front desk, but they did not call me back!!!"
