「toothpastes are used. ants everywhere even on beds and pillows. Cleaning is really bad. Guests better bring your own pillow cover and towels and toothpastes, etc.... owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date. But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. 」

「In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.」

「Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.」

"The location is good, very close to Vincom Centre and we brought some food from the supermarket at B2. It is easy to walk to the tourist spots such as Ben Thanh Market, War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Saigon Central Post Office, Saigon Book Street, KKV, Takashimaya etc. I enjoy staying with Icon Saigon, the breakfast is good and it also provide afternoon teas. It has a swimming pool. My iPhone got problem, The staffs were helpful and helped me to book a taxi to the Apple Retailer store. The staffs are polite and helping us to put the luggage in the taxi when we were heading to the Airport. I will stay in Icon Saigon again!"
