"I had an amazing stay at Somerset! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Although it's a bit farther from central Saigon, the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service more than made up for it. "In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."
