Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. "Stayed at Vieline as Wildwood was closed. Upscale hotel. You were greeted with ton of friendly service. Upon checkin you were offered champagne. The room was nice. The AC unit was very loud and the in room phone did not work. Overall the hotel was nice. "
