☀️ In-person check-in is offered from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A team member will meet you upon arrival to provide keys and assist with navigating, parking, luggage, and a brief tour. As this requires staff to wait on-site, we kindly ask you communicate ETA and keep us updated on any changes day-of.
🌙 Late arrivals after 8:00 PM will receive instructions for self check-in. Due to the complexity of the building & parking garage, we highly encourage in-person check-in for the best arrival experience.

Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.
