The Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access to Snowmass Mountain. The location, right off of the Fanny Hill ski trail, allows for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall. Guests enjoy the spacious accommodations, beautiful amenities and the ease of accessing all that Snowmass has to offer year-round.
Unit 405 is one of the larger units in the Shadowbrook complex. Your group will appreciate the living room if you want to spread out and the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area when you want to enjoy the company of your traveling companions. The furnishings provide wonderful nooks to unwind with a book, comfortable sectional sofas and plenty of dining spots for a large shared meal or a quick snack. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the upper level and a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette on the lower level. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths for added privacy and all bedrooms feature a flat screen TV. The downstairs living room sofa pulls out to a bed offering an additional sleeping space.
Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs just steps away. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or spend some time on your patio while you grill your dinner and enjoy an apres ski/hike beverage. All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
