Terracehouse Condos - 60

Terracehouse 60 offers a welcoming retreat with updated amenities and a prime Snowmass location. This 988-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a master bedroom with a king bed and updated bedding, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The living area, with its new 55-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, provides a cozy space to unwind after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops. Additional amenities include ceiling fans and a ski locker.

Perfect!

Location and unit were perfect for our two night stay. We enjoyed breakfast at Heather's in the Stonebridge Inn next door (where you check in.) We look forward to staying again!

Not informed about planned maintenance

Nice condo, good location for a summer stay. We were frustrated by a few things:1. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were all closed for planned maintenance which we were not informed of before booking. They charged us a resort fee anyway. 2. Constantly barking dog in the building next door. 3. Renovations going on in the unit above. Had we known about 1 and 3, we probably would have chosen somewhere else. Especially since the maintenance closures were planned, it felt like bait and switch. We will not stay here again because of this.

Location, location, location

If you want convenience for your ski trip, this is the condo. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is the best equipped, the shuttles run every 10 minutes, the hot tub is superb, and the staff couldn't be nicer.

This condo is in a great location. It's steps away from the slopes and close to shopping and restaurants. It is well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in Superb Location

If you have not been to Snowmass, and like skiing, mountain biking, hiking, gorgeous mountains, fun little village that has everything you need and want - then put it on your bucket list! We were there three days, and will absolutely go back! This condo is nicely located, we rode right on to the mtn bike trails (you could ski right on to the runs as well), and there was a very, very nice hot tub just steps away. It was quiet ,yet within easy walking distance of food, shops, etc. Shuttles run all day if you want to go to a different part of the town. Can't go wrong with this! Only downside, the pull out couch was not greatest, but I have yet to meet one that I would call nice....

Great location

The location is perfect. Just a short walk down a street to the mountain where you ski down and catch the village lift. There’s a slight uphill walk to the mall along with stairs going in and out of the unit itself even though it’s on the ground floor. The unit was very clean, well stocked with towels and paper products. The beds were comfortable also. However, do not expect to use the pull out sofa - you could feel the springs and was very uncomfortable. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on. The hot tub was very close (down a few steps) and very relaxing. The free shuttle was fantastic!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and comfortable

Terracehouse 60 had everything we needed. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was great. We loved the Nest bath products also. The location is great for exploring he Aspen/Snowmass area.
