Excellent location

Very convenient location. Very easy and concise communication with rental company. Check in and check out was a breeze. Ample FREE parking. Comfortable accommodations. Only drawback was additional fee to utilize Split Rock Pool area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice clean accommodation!

Nice clean condo. Communications with owners Jim & Mari was the best I’ve ever experienced from start to finish. Easy peazy location to slopes, parking lot and village shops and restaurants.The building itself is quite old and needs to be remodeled and updated, and we saw signs that said it is about to happen this spring. So we’d definitely return next season.

Family ski weekend

ML 103 was clean, updated and very convenient to get to the ski slopes and village shops and restaurants Communication was excellent with the hosts. My only negative is the building is old. I was the lone non-skier and while sitting in the lobby of lodge after checkout ( while others were skiing) it was freezing! And trash in that area hadn’t been picked up in 3 days. We really enjoyed our trip to Snowshoe and would book with these hosts again!

Excellent location!

This is a great location! The best in the Mountain Lodge for easy access to slopes, village, pools, etc. Steps away from everything you need. The unit was fairly updated. Communication with rental company was 5-star! They were always in communication with us and very responsive when we needed something. This was a tight fit for a family of 5 though. Unit was well appointed and had everything we need.

Condo great, weather awful

Condo was great, no complaints. Easy access in and out of mountain lodge, especially nice if you have kids doing ski school. Weather couldn’t have been worse- high 40s and rain all weekend caused us to leave early. Will not be handling the purchase of lift tickets and lessons differently if we ever go back

Great place to enjoy Snowshoe!

This condo is beautiful on the inside - recently updated with thoughtful attention to detail. The lodge it is located in is a bit dated, but is attempting to refresh itself with things like a new coffee shop. I love how conveniently located this condo is to the Snowshoe village, which is just a short walk away. It doesn’t have the mountain view that condos on the other side of the lodge might have, but odds are you’re going to be spending daylight hours outside skiing, shopping, etc. In my opinion, how nicely the condo has been updated, furnished, and decorated makes up for it. The owner was great to work with - extremely quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Snowshoe area!
