Everything was exactly as it should have been and email communication was spot on. Tidy and clean with everything you would need for a great visit. Property owners do a A job on communications and never a jam up on anytbing. Good job!

Property was very accessible to lifts and the village. We experienced an issue with an unusable sofa sleeper which needed completely replaced, which understandably could not be done during our stay. The property managers had great communication and did their best to address the issues and overall provided exceptional updates in advance of and during the stay.

We have stayed at Mountain Lodge before and this has been the nicest room we have stayed in to this date. I really liked the first floor location, we were close to the exit to the village and also to the slopes. The room had all the necessary items to cook meals. The communication was great! We knew when the room was ready and check in was super easy. We would choose this rental again.

Nice room, right next to the exit to slopes/lift; very convenient to village as well and comfortable; sofa bed mattress could use replacing and out of coffee filters, but other than that no complaints and would stay there again. Thanks.
