Cozy fire, snow-covered evergreen trees & gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. (In the winter, that is. Summer sunsets can be enjoyed with nice breezes on the back deck overlooking the western mountain range, or at the community fire pit on the back lawn.)

Sleeps 8-10 and walking distance from Village

—Spacious condo - sleeps 8-10. 3 BR/2 bath; washer & dryer; dishwasher, fully equipped new kitchen with granite counter-top; flat screen TV, cable, free wifi, land line; deck. —Summit condos has an outdoor fire pit, and gentle slopes between buildings where the little ones can sled. Close to ski school, terrain-based learning center, and MAGIC CARPET 'lift' for your mini-skiers.

—It's a short walk to the Village center and slopes, or the shuttle runs from the front of our building to everything, including Silver Creek (tubing hill and night skiing).

Also close to Split Rock pools & hot tubs (additional fee), or the Big Top, an indoor playground for the kids when off the slopes. (additional fee) The Big Top is a 15,000 square foot area with many inflatable options, tots area, arts & crafts, a climbing wall, arcade games, and other entertainments for kids of all ages.

This place is a dump. I have never stayed in a place that I wouldn’t recommend, but this is the first. We had to rewash what little dishes were there to get the grease off of them. The ceiling fan in the kitchen was loaded with dust. Flies kept coming, we had no idea from where, probably killed 50 in 3 days. On site supervisor never answered our texts. Single ply TP. Paneling was falling off the walls. Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!

This place was a mess. It was in serious need of some cleaning, fixes, and general updates. When we first got there we noticed the parking passes were missing and the previous tenant had left his credit card on the table. When I reached out, they did not provide new passes or collect the credit card. There was also a load of blankets in the drier. The toilet seat was completely broken, the back door was bowed so badly from the wind and let in A TON of freezing cold air (we were worried it would fall on our baby), the sheets had burn holes and were terrible quality, and the walls were literally falling off. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Amazing location to the mountain, incredible sunset views, and a warm fireplace. Definitely, the space is a bit dated as photos show, but absolutely great for a group whose focus is skiing and proximity to the village and trails. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, and had good storage for ski equipment. Fridge, micro, stove, and oven all worked well. However, the unit was found lacking. One of the two queens is basically un-usable (completely sags in the middle). Bunk beds are metal and extremely squeaky (note they do not have top safety rail). Snow blows in through back sliding door, even when locked, causing water to puddle on the sagging floor. There is a washer and dryer; dryer took an average of 3 cycles to fully dry clothes. Dishwasher sometimes released soap, sometimes didn’t. No large frying pans or pots, but they do have a slow cooker. Front storm door sometimes self locks. Heat definitely works though! Place definitely needs some maintenance.

Living room area was larger than expected. This was a nice surprise to give the whole family space to hang out together. We loved the fireplace. Nice cozy space to return to after a day of skiing.

Cozy ski condo

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but it was a great condo for the price. The main bedroom had a very comfortable queen size bed and the boys all found the bunks comfortable. The extra bedroom definitely needs a new bed as it has a queen couch mattress on top of a double mattress so only sufficient for one adult. Bring lawnchairs as the 2 love seats are the only living room furniture for a condo that sleeps 8-10. The kitchen is lovely and central and has a nice non stick skillet, 2 nice cookie sheets and a new pizza pan. The washer dryer were great to have in the unit. Large TVs and Wifi was great for remote work and connecting our Roku for movie night/football watching. The view was beautiful and I liked being in the D unit close to the overflow parking as parking was sparse on a holiday weekend.

Double Bed not Queen Must Be Replaced

Great location and mountain views. The listing said it has 2 queen beds but one of them is only a double and the mattress is old, worn and has a ditch in the middle. It must be replaced. We couldn't sleep. We decided to leave a day earlier than planned. The fact that the property is dated did not bother us as much as the lack of sleep.

Perfect for short stay

The exterior door was either broken or just very difficult to open so we struggled to open/close door. Also beds/l pillows not great. Very outdated but didn’t expect different for a lodge. I am always more concerned with cleanliness than anything and I rate this 5 star in that regard

The property is dated in the bathroom and bedrooms but we knew that going in. The only real problem we had was that both bedrooms were supposed to have queen beds but one was a full. Overall we had a great experience and the location was perfect. We would rent again.

Loved the place and found it clean and convenient. Communication was difficult with the owner, but calling and talking to Stacy from housekeeping really saved us. Would stay again but would appreciate if owner were more top of communication!

Beautiful views

Stacy the person in house keeping is the best and who I talked with the most. There was some things missing and she brought it right away. She also the one I talked to when I saw all the bad reviews and sent me pictures of all the updates. The places was really clean and smelled good. It is a dated and there is some work that still needs to be done . They have new furniture in the living room it was really nice. We would stay there again! I did have to contact the owner a week before to see how to get in and it took him a while to get back with the information. We would stay there again. They also need to update the pictures on the site.

Train wreck Condo

Check in communication was horrible. Piles of trash outside the entrance to the condo. The showers constantly leaked. Hot water lasted about 5 minutes at a time. There is floor and wall trim falling off. The wifi never worked. Would. it recommended to a family. This place is worse than a fraternity house.

Great location, place was dirty

The location was great. Conveniently located. That’s where the positives end. The furniture is run down, couches with holes and one of the bedrooms, the bed frame was broken. Closet shelves were barely attached to the wall, and the door knob for the master bathroom was falling off, and we had to tighten it. The bathrooms, especially toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Not sure what the large cleaning fee is for, since bathrooms and floors were dirty.
