Чисто, есть посуда, посудомойка что не мало важно. Единственно что для меня было отрицательным, это подушка неудобная и не убиради ни одного дня.и да, будьте аккуратей. Не оставляйте на зарядке телефоны, у нас сгарел зарядник и замкнуло розетку. Видимо был перепад электричества, могли и без телефона остаться

Роза хутор-место в которое обязательно вернёмся

Отдохнули отлично, кухня и комната выходят на разные стороны: с одной-гора, вся покрытая лесом, с другой - река Мзымта, за ней дорога и горы. Виды сногсшибательные, шум реки - журчащая песня. Был один минус-заселяли не в 15, как обещано, а где-то в 15:45, так как номера не были готовы. Девушки на ресепшн ничего не могли с этим поделать, старались как могли, очень вежливые и приятные. Недалеко от апартаментов пешие горные прогулочные тропы, спортивная площадка, детский бассейн,рестораны-кафе, магазинчики, канатная дорога на Олимпию, Роза пик и водопады. Воздух непередаваемо чудесный, обстановка, предполагающая активный отдых, номера удобные, все необходимое есть.

Идеальный вариант для размещения с семьей. Тем кто заселяется в 4 корпус нужно обратить внимание что ресепшн находится в 1 корпусе. В этом году трансфер на пляж стоит 150 на человека.

Хорошее место, плохое обслуживание

Хорошая расположение отеля. Вид на горы. Администрация находится за 10-15 минут пешком от места проживания. Заезд только через администрацию, о чем сказано не было. 1-2 кривых ключа на номер из 3 комнат мало. Снчала ключи к номеру не подходили. Связь с администрацией только по местному номеру телефона. Посуды мало, чайник протекал. На запросы реагируют с существенной задержкой или игнорируют.

Внимание! У отеля много корпусов.

Оказалось, что у отеля несколько корпусов и после регистрации, надо было идти в самый дальний, т.к. заказанный на ресепшене трансфер был без водителя, хотя двигатель автомобиля был заведён.

I would not come again

pros: Shuttle service every 20 min to the lift. The apartment itself was nice and big. cons: The hallway had a terrible smell, we tried to call the reception 3 times, but it didn't help. the garbage was left at the staircase for long hours. buildings number 4 and 5 are far away from the city center

Нам, все, понравилось. При заезде были небольшие накладки, но все быстро решили. Номер у нас отличный, вид шикарный... мы любим сюда приезжать, с 2014 года оказывается мы здесь 12 раз)))). При всём этом мы любим новые места, но сюда заезжаем обязательно)

Апартаменты "уставшие" в прямом смысле этого слова!!! Стены заляпаны, мебель вся коцаная и в пятнах. Вентиляция в туалете с ванной не работает и запах стоит ужасный((((. Полотенец для лица и ног нет!! На ресепшн сказали что какие-то накладки с этими полотенцами(нет в наличии чистых). Заявленная цена за эти апартаменты явно завышена, не стоят они таких денег хоть и находятся в Роза Хутор!!!

Проживали в 4 корпусе. Хорошие аппартаменты 75 кв.м. Номер состоит из: 2 спален, гостинная, кухня, 2 санузла, большая лоджия. Отдыхали 3 взрослых и 3 детей, места для игр в номере предостаточно. Кухня оборудована холодильником, микроволновкой, посудомойкой, плита, посуда (если хотите пользоваться посудомойкой везите с собой моющее средство для нее или мойте просто горячей водой). Особенно понравился вид из номера на реку и горы. Единственное неудобство, ресепшн находится в 1 корпусе, при заселении подьезжайте сразу туда. После заселения нас и вещи на микроавтобусе отвезли в наш корпус. В случае необходимости продлить проживание решение принимается в день выезда, по факту наличия новой брони на этот номер. Для трансферта на пляж необходимо записаться на ресепшн получить браслет, билет на автобус.

Базовое удобство всегда хорошо!

Простой базовый апарт-отель, удобно расположен, чисто, комфортно, большая кухня, большая комната (если ехать со своим лыжным оборудованием или большими чемоданами, все поместится). Хороший wifi (для желающих поработать или посидеть в соцсетях). Можно было бы чуть больше столовых приборов на кухне (все строго рассчитано на 2 человек), но это в случае, если хочется готовить самим.

Небольшие дополнения для комфорта.

Стандартно хорошее проживание и условия для апартаментов. Что было бы хорошо видеть: специи и соль на кухне (стоит копейки, но клиент не должен покупать целую упаковку, причём не все об этом думают когда идут в магазин и отсутствовали чайные ложки в номере. В остальном все было комфортно.

Уже приезжаю второй раз зимой

В целом апартаменты отлично подходят для семейного отдыха. Состояние номеров, техники, санузлов на 4+. Надеюсь, что Azimut в дальнейшем будет проводить ремонт номерного фонда и модернизацию, например оборудуют либо лыжную комнату, либо зону хранения лыж и сноубордов в номерах.

Скорее квартира, а не аппарты

В целом, неплохо (если не думать о цене). Но скорее можно назвать это квартирой в краткосрочный найм нежели аппартаментами с управляющей компанией. Причина в том, что сервис нам получить практически не удалось. Само помещение было большим и достаточно чистым на момент заезда, правда в 14:00 оно еще не было готово, хотя ресепшн интересовался временем приезда заранее (сообщали, что будем около 13 часов). Далее на второй день пребывания мы почувствовали необходимость в уборке, попросили ресепшн организовать платную уборку, получили утвердительный ответ. Ничего не произошло. На следующей день вечером у нас попытались убраться, но тк спал маленький ребенок, попросили уборку перенести на другое время (как я понял, это уже была уборка, включенная в обслуживание). До конца отдыха уже никто не появлялся. Только 8ого января снова пришли с уборкой, но смысл убираться за сутки до отъезда был не велик. Особенно, учитывая что пришлось убираться самостоятельно до этого) Хорошо оборудована кухня (есть даже посудомойка). Плохо работает канализация (слив нажимать нужно несколько раз), иногда появляется неприятный запах. Далеко от подъемников, что ожидаемо. 20 с лишним тысяч в сутки за такой номер кажется высокой ценой, в остальном - все неплохо.

Замечательно.

Не первый раз:))) Всегда нравится:))) Апартаменты удобные, очень тепло в них. Единственное, можно было бы тарелок и вилок чуть побольше. Если к вам пришли гости. то угостить их не с чего будет. А так очень комфортные апартаменты, удобные кровати и конечно незабываемый вид с балкона:)))
