“The rooms was clean easy parking quiet expect the hotel is nearby railroad tracks and I heard two trains go through parking easy and places to eat and shop nearby”

“Fridge was dirty, not a lot of breakfast options, slow wifi, pool was locked but we didn’t bother asking so I’m not sure if there was a reason why…other than that it was fine”

“Room had a heavy odor of bleach. Furniture in room had a lot of stains on them. Beds were good for the price of the room. Parking was ok, but a lot of movement around the hotel late at night.”

“The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills.”

“I was really pleased with my experience. Went with something that looked inexpensive and clean and it did not disappoint the room was in great shape and the area it was in was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering that I left my backpack and did not even realize it. They called me and I was able to go back and get it before I left Cleveland to go back to Chattanooga to catch my flight. If I had made it all the way out of town I would have been in a lot of trouble cuz I……

“The breakfast is terrific and the hotel is clean. Rooms are smaller than expected but the beds we’re comfortable”

“Everything was fine except our bathroom. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it wouldn’t stay closed and it didn’t lock. The other issue we kept running into was there was no exhaust fan so the bathroom stayed VERY humid, wet & hot! The rest of the hotel was perfectly fine! Located next to a newer/upcoming area !”

“This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. First and foremost it STUNK. The employees live there on site I guess and the entire bottom floor where it seems they live it is awful smelling. That gross food they cook stinks up a whole building. Also, the SAME guy was at the desk when we checked out and he was trying everything to keep my $100 cash deposit. He did finally give it back and now we’re off the a nice hotel. If you want a good experience somewhere you’ll not find it at……

“Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.”
