「We had a wonderful stay at Pencil House over the new year period in Tokyo. The location is quiet and perfect as it is also convenient to get to anywhere with proximity to the metro station. The layout of the rooms was perfect as each of our preteens got their own space and the kitchen has everything needed in a compact space. Communication was very easy with the host and appreciated. Would consider staying again if we are back in the area 」

We weren't aware that the homeowners actually lived there, but they are very nice and can communicate easily via Google translate. 「This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks 」

「If you’re with friends I would recommend for a group of 4. We had 6 people and 3 slept on a futon. The place was clean but some areas had film on the walls. About a 14 minute walk to nearest station.」
