「Great location」

「Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings.」

「We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. Tim was a great host, supplying extra ping pong balls for the game room, plenty of pool toys and towels, replacing light bulbs as needed, and having every incidental on hand so we didn't have to replace anything. He even went out and bought two DVD players when we told him we wanted to play some videos we...

「WOW. Place is gorgeous, well appointed and the hostess was amazing. Centered right in downtown, its a perfect spot for walking and sightseeing. We had an issue (on our side) and the hostess was extremely responsive and was able to help us resolve it- well beyond expectations. Will stay here next time we are in Three Oaks for sure.」

「Our stay in this tiny home was the BEST. Had it been available we would have added an extra day. The back yard was our favorite spot in the morning and after a long day of venturing. Julie was amazing from the beginning and helped fix us up with a rebook of our stay from my own personal mess up.
