In der Küche funktionierte nur die Hälfte vom Herd, das Kochgeschirr hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, die Dunstabzugshaube hatte ein gewisses Eigenloben, der Garten war überhaupt nicht nutzbar da er mehr eine Baustelle und Baureste Ablage Stelle war, die Wohnung ist eher feucht als trocken selbst Kleidung im Kleiderschrank war klamm. Es wird kein zweites mal geben.

Von außen etwas erschreckend lieblos, innen aber sauber und geräumig. Teekanne oder Sieb fehlten leider. Die Betreuung durch die im Haus wohnenden Betreuer der Wohnung waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas abgewohnt und unmodern aber doch zufriedenstellend .
