I had a great stay at B1 City Hotel in Sofia. The room was excellent—comfortable, well maintained, and always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is simply perfect. I don't understand why it's said to be three stars. İt is five stars. The room is very big, the bathroom is very big. Most importantly everything is very clean and the layout is great. The restaurant is amazing, spacious and relaxing. The choice of the breakfast is great. İmportantly for us we needed a safe parking space. The hotel has an underground, secure car park with a lift giving access to the hotel floors. We only stayed one night as a stop over, not to do touristy things. So I can't comment on location etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A convenient option close to the airport. The room was clean, and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable and the Wifi worked well in our room. We had a car, but a mall and some fast food options are within a walkable distance.

Clean and modern

Hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are very spacious and modern. The only problem was that the AC was not working during our stay and we prefer a cooler room. Also the pillows need to be more solid.

Lacking Basic Comforts

The hotel is convenient for the airport, the rooms are spacious, however, it lacks some basic necessities, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and the property does not offer room service of any kind, despite there being a restaurant on site.

Great experience

New simple but stylish hotel, very close to the airport. Lacking typical bath accessories like shower cap (that rarely people use), cotton balls and swabs but this did not prevent us to have a great experience. The hotel staff called a taxi for us and we were at the airport in less than 10 minutes.

5* new hotel not far from airport

I chose this hotel as it was fairly new. Arrived late in the evening due to late arrival of my flight. Parking in the underground car park was easy, however the signage from garage to lifts and entrance was slightly difficult (no signage). Easy check in. Room was really nice, took a little while to understand the thermostat in room. Good size room, amazing bathroom. Cant comment on the food as didnt eat there. Definitely would recommend staying here.

My stay at B1 Hotel in Sofia was disappointing. The room was unbearably warm, and the air conditioning didn’t work—reception simply told me to open a window, but the hotel is in a noisy area, making sleep impossible. Thin walls and an adjoining room door meant I could hear every conversation next door. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower constantly dripped, and there was no lock on the door. While the decor was nice, the location was convenient, and the shower had good pressure, the lack of comfort and amenities made for a frustrating stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Honestly it's an all in one package. I initially booked at the Flower house apartments nearby. Cool reviews, but honestly I won't go close to those again. Spent 5 minutes in the property took my wife and left. Called Be One, assist me in booking through Expedia for better pricing. Clean, quiet, organized, public transport nearby, offices are close exactly 2 minutes by foot to the Mall. Open and closed parking. Honestly nothing better for the price near by. Also the food is great. If you are wonderding - don't. I had a bitter taste from the apartments and Be One made that go away in an instant.
