Positive....Reception personal was polite during checkin and check out. Room quite big with a balcony and comfortable bed. Negative... Air conditioning is very bad. No complimentary water in the room. Elevators work very slow. Actually it is 2 buildings together and some rooms in the other building. Passing between buildings. You need 2 different elevator, even in the same floor. Breakfast finish at 10 am. The young guys in the breakfast service very rude and never smiles. Although you arrived at 9.30 am and finish your breakfast, exactly 9.50 am they closed coffee machines and start to collect foods from the tables.

You get what you pay for

When we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning told we can’t. The room itself was nice. Although not what we wanted/reserved. The noise from the main road outside was loud. Above us was a restaurant and early morning the moving of chairs woke us up. The pool was ok. But no other facilities were working (hot tub or sauna). The parking was very good.

Needs renovation, great staff

The hotel needs a thorough renovation, replacing carpets, renovating the bathroom, better maintenance of the spa, and fixing the gym that didn't work.

Room was spacious but extremely dirty. The bathroom had mold all over. There was a hole in the wall. There was a soccer team in the hotel and they were smoking and drinking beers all night but hotel didn’t do anything about it. I’m sure they lost. This place should not be listed at Expedia.

The room was so dirty and disgusting that we couldn't even stay there, had to find. Differ my hotel for the night. Cigarette burn holes on the couch. Couch and chair cushions flattened and covered with human grime. Carpets not vacuumed. Trash on the balcony. Little dead red ants everywhere and spiders in the corner. Had to get out of there so bad that we didn't even ask for our money back.

We chose this hotel due to its easy access to main roads. Initially the hotel looked deserted and we had to call the reception to guide us to the working section. We booked a twin room, but we were given a double room, so we had to ask for a change. The room was spacious, but there was only one dim light for the whole place.
