Si es un apart-hotel, hubiera esperado que incluyera al menos un microondas. Solo tenia un refrigerador. No esta muy amueblado. Una silla o sillon hubieran sido genial. Por el precio, esperaria que estuviera mejor equipado.

Excellent as always, this is my go to hotel when I regularly visit Sofia. I arrived ahead of check in and they very kindly let me check in a few hours early. Always going above and beyond.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, very spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately the area around the apart house was rundown, dark, and too close to the train station to be considered a nice area. Everything around it was closed and we had to walk to find a restaurant. There is no staff at the building, although they were available by email and kindly arranged a taxi for us.
