We thought the room was really great - excellent bed and shower, everything very clean. Enjoyed the free breakfast, as well as restaurant and bar. We did ask once for a box of tissues from the front desk and were told there was none - this would be a nice item to have on hand in case another traveler has a cold like we did. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The room was very hot (around 30°C in the afternoon with no air movement) and the shower leaked everywhere but was overall clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice - food and environment were good but other dining options in the town are limited.

Never faiks to disappointment

The bathroom and toilet was not cleaned. There was no fan, and the room was hot as hell. Had to contact reception to get the bath cleared, which took its time and we had to keave the room for almost an hour. Been to this hotel a couple of times and have been disappointing each time sadly.

We took Deluxe room and it was fully paid before we arrived. I was given a room on top of where big tourist buses parked. When I requested to change, staff said if I need a quiet room, should be booked in mountain, not in the city. The best room in the hotel given the worse location. People spoke standing right under my window till mid-night. Whole night I can hear the cars. Even it was very hot I had to keep the window close. No AC, window closes was terrible. Staff comments are very unprofessional.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in June. The hotel didn't inform me any information about parking. I end up with receiving parking charge from my rental car company Hertz with 150 NOK plus 375 NOK administration fee.

Came back after previous visit in 2019. Oh what transformation. If you like clean towels daily and you bed made, Don't come here. On arrival receptionist was poor about information, not giving breakfast times and where to sit in addition to their new cleaning policy. Room in need of upgrade, ceiling lamps need replacement, bear live wires in new led light fitting, fridge thermostat broken. Need to come back for Norway Day, but it will be another Hotel that doesn't have "Quality" in its name.

Fint opphold

Fint hotell med fin lobby, flott frokostområde + restaurantene på utsiden i tilknytning til hotellet. Treningsrommet hadde veldig bra med utstyr, men fraværende ventilasjon. Tett og varm luft. Hotellrommet var fint, men noe dårlig belysning og dårlig ventilasjon da vi hadde rom i den eldste delen av hotellet. Meget lytt. Ellers et topp opphold og meget sentral beliggenhet :-)

Heilt ok opphold.

Rommet var av typen Compact. Resepsonisten opplyste om at det var et trangt rom. Ikke enig. Ok størrelse om èin bytter ut det stoooore glass bordet men et lite bord. Savna nattbord. Ellers alt ok.

Enkelt, gammeldags bad.

Badet var gammeldags. Man måtte stå i badekaret og dusje. Det var ingen sklimatte til å legge i bunnen av karet, og ingen påmonterte håndtak til å holde seg i over badekaret. Det var heller ikke gulvmatte til å trå på når man hadde dusjet ferdig. Så dette var ikke bad for de som hadde litt utfordringer med kroppen. Og det var ingen papirdispenser til å bruke på badet, kun toalettpapir. Og vi savnet info på rommet, enten skriftlig eller på TVen. Og selvsagt airkondition.! Det var ubehagelig varmt , selv om vi fikk rom m balkong.
