"Pros: Die Wohnung ist toll und außergewöhnlich ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr gepflegt. Für die PKW‘s steht ein Carport zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt neben an. Sie sind sehr herzlich, kümmern sich um alles und sind immer ansprechbar. Cons: Das Haus liegt ein gutes Stück oberhalb des Gardasees an einer sehr steilen Straße (teilweise ohne Bürgersteig). Von dort ist nichts zu Fuß erreichbar"

"Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. The contact to the host via Whatsapp works well and fast. Private parking in an external garage is available, clean and secure. "We enjoyed everything about our stay! The rooms were gorgeous and set up with everything we could need and plenty of space for 4 of us. The staff was was helpful and welcoming. We loved the amenities such as toiletries, wifi, AC, the shower was amazing! We were taken to the breakfast area and it was excellent! Such attentive care from the staff. We were offered everything from fresh juice, coffee, pastries and menu-based breakfasts, hot and fresh when ordered. The location is amazing with the lake and castle minutes away. I would love to go back!"

Hotel Boffenigo The Golden Hour

"The Hotel is in a beautiful location and first impressions are superb. There is a small plaque suggesting that’s it’s a boutique hotel where I would rate it less so. It lacks such detail and finesse. Our family room for four was inadequate in terms of a small sofa bed. They should have family suites. The staff are all happy yet they could do with more training and again finesse on the personal service side - particularly at the restaurant where we felt ignored at times. The younger staff being better than those above them. The reception staff were great. The restaurant has a limited menu and is expensive, so most opt for the cheaper yet delicious pizzas. No pasta or salad to choose from and the other dishes are very small. There is no real, cozy/elegant/boutique bar area, just one that is an unmanned, used to service the restaurant. Breakfast is amazing but again, the breakfast area could be so much more homely and elegant - airing boutique. There is a shuttle to town but nothing late so you have to get a taxi back which isn’t easy or great. I would try another hotel in the same area again first but would definitely go back. It would be great to see these improvements to give it a higher rate and review."

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."
