Naja..

- Wohnung zwar groß aber nur oberer Bereich nutzbar. Kellergeschoss zu kalt wenn Heizung an, dann Stromausfall. - Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Mitarbeiter nur telefonisch erreichbar und mit sehr langer Wartezeit. Nach einem Anruf, ging er nicht mehr am Telefon. Problem wird durch selbst Lesen der Hausanleitung gelöst. - Fast 100% selbst Service von Check-in - Problemlösung bis Check-out. - Wifi/Internet sehr langsam. Datenvonlumn am Handy geht schneller. - Fernseher: kein Netflix oder andere Streaming möglich, da Internet zu langsam war. - Vorteil: Preisgünstig, gute Sportanlage, Garten, Parkplatz und Organisation von Schlüsselabholung und -Abgabe. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Geeignet für die Leuten, die komplett vom Internet und Handy abschalten möchten. - Nicht empfohlen für außerhalb Hochsaison.

Urlaub in Italien über FeWo/ Wonderful Italy

Beim einchecken in die Ferienwohnung hat alles geklappt. (Der online CheckIn war an sich einfach, aber die Seite konnte Nachts nicht geöffnet werden, nur Tagsüber hat es funktioniert.)Dann dort angekommen am Abend, nach Betätigen der Spülmaschiene ist uns der Strom alle 3min ausgefallen, schien ein Defekt zu geben. Nacheinander fanden wir heraus, dass einige Küchengeräte kaputt sind. Die Kaffeemaschiene hatte ein von unten zersprungenes Glasgefäss. Den Wasserkocher konnte man nur betätigen, wenn man daneben stand, da es ein Kontaktproblem gab. Die Herdplatten haben nicht alle funktioniert. Da es sich hierbei um alltägliche Geräte handelt, war es sehr ärgerlich. „Wonderful Italy“ hatte zwar gefragt, ob jemand vorbeikommen soll, aber wir wollen kein Urlaubstag damit verschwenden, um auf den Handwerker zu warten, oder jmd unbekannten, in unserer Abwesenheit, in die Wohnung zu lassen. Allgemein waren die Antworten nach der Beschwerde eher zögerlich.Die Sauberkeit war ok. Im unteren Bad hätte man die Flächen wischen können. Der Pool wurde bei unserer Ankunft gefüllt, dass war gut. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war nicht richtig. Laut Homepage, wäre diese in der Nähe vom See, doch es war weiter weg und sogar in einem andren Ort. Dies haben wir erst nach der Buchung erfahren. Da es nicht mehr storniert werden konnte, sind wir trotzdem gefahren. Immerhin hatten wir von weiter weg den See gesehen. Wenigstens war die Landschaft wunderschön.Gibt es eine Entschädigung?Liebe Grüße
