「The room is very clean」

「The hotel is on the beach. With lovely seating on outdoor decking, beautiful daily sunsets could be comfortably watched. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful and helpful.」

「The guest rooms were very dirty, and there was even one night when the guest rooms were not cleaned at all.」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」
