"We were greeted with...we don't have room for you.....they found a space at Nynashamn Campground in a cabin on the coast.....50 to 60 kms from Stockholm . A train pass cost an extra 350€ so we could visit Stockholm for 2 days. We got up at 4a to drive to Stockholm to catch a 7.30a ferry Fri. Historisk takvåning i gamla stan
Central Stockholm
4.0 out of 10, (1 review)
"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

"The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five but had plenty of beds and space for at least eight. It was an easy walk to the church, harbor, town center (restaurants, grocery stores and shopping), and a 10-15 walk to the train platform that takes you to Stockholm or elsewhere. The house was very clean and well furnished. I hope we can stay here again in the future."
