The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. ”

“Second time visiting. Funky cool hotel with a fun vibe. Excellent option for groups and families. Pool and spa area is very good but, not the biggest. Some massage jets in the pool would be a welcome addition. Location is excellent- right next to the centre for slopes/restaurants etc. Best hotel in Flaine. ”

“Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. The hotel is the perfect location for ski in ski out straight onto the slops. To get to the center it is a bit of a……

“Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine”
