It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. "The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. "This house was fantastic for our family vacation. It comfortably held 7 of us (including a teen and pre-teen in the bunkbeds). The pool was perfect for the younger crowd who between the sea and pool were never dry. The town of Sutivan was a short walk down the hill. One elderly family member appreciated a ride back up the steep street. It was a hot visit, but there is AC in the main room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
