“Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau im historischen Ortskern von Solingen Gräfrath gelegen. Entsprechend niedrig sind die Decken.
Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert.
Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd. Düstere „Terrasse“ hinter dem Eingang, enge, steile Treppe mit Wandschäden und eine Wohnung mit kleinen, niedrigen Räumen. Und einem leicht modrigen Geruch.
Das Bad ist nichts für große, schwere Menschen. Toilette unter der Schräge und das Erreichen der Dusche ein Balanceakt.

“Meine Kollegen und ich hatten das Vergnügen während einer Messe in Düsseldorf im Apartmenthaus Lorbach zu wohnen. Die Korrespondenz mit Frau Lorbach, vor, während und nach der Miete war einfach top. Immer hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet. Das Apartment war gut ausgerüstet, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, war blitzblank als wir angekommen sind und die Umgebungen sehr ruhig. Tolle Preis/Leistung. Als Messeteilnehmer dauert es zirka 35-40 min nach Düsseldorf mit PKW. Wir werden das……

“The hotel is lovely. The room we had is spacious, well laid out. The bathroom and shower amazing. The bed extremely comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were curious, kind and very helpful.
Block restaurant next door is a highly recommend. Transportation, trams, railway an easy walk away. Would recommend and return here.”

“My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. “The stay here is excellent, the room is clean, comfy decoration, with everything needs for a single stay. Kitchenware is more than sufficient, the bathroom is big and the mirror is super good for makeup. While the bed is the best I found in my three weeks Europe trip, but the pillow could be improved. There is laundry room in the building. Self-check in and check out process is super easy!”

We had an incredible stay at the Bluestone Penthouse! The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed—kitchenware, daily fresh towels, bathroom essentials, and thorough cleaning service covering all rooms. It truly felt like a home away from home.
