“We had a wonderful stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially loved having the fireplace lit in the room it made everything feel cozy and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d happily come back again.”

“The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival.
The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far.
Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole
The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles……
