“We enjoyed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo. Was fairly clean, few items missed by a broom or vacuum. Perfect amount of linens provided for our stay. Kitchen was clean and tidy. Had all the basics we needed. We enjoyed making a few meals in the kitchen. Full size fridge with ice maker. Furniture may be a little outdated and well used. But worked out just fine. Four person hot tub was perfect for the two of us. Was well kept and clean. Front desk was very kind and informative. Very welcoming. We did……

“Beautiful location for Swiss days. Room we originally had booked was last minute unavailable and we were given a different room last minute. Still beautiful property just not quite what we expected or planned on. Well maintained and clean stay. ”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
