This property is lovely. Just minutes from the beach. Grocery and restaurants all very close. This kitchen and all of apartment is well equipped. Wasn’t missing anything you need.

Good apartment, but bit old

Overall it was a great stay. Aurelia did a great job at communicating and preparing everything. The apartment itself is a bit sparsely furnished and you can tell it is not exactly new. The door to the outside terrace also did not lock for some reason...But all in all I am happy with the stay!

Goede ligging. Groot appartement. Wat meer aandacht aan de inrichting zou het nog beter maken.

De stoelen op balkon waren allemaal kapot. Onvoldoende keukengerei voor zes mensen. Bijvoorbeeld maar 4 wijnglazen. Te weinig porselein en te weinig pannen.

Great place central location excellent

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment on third floor with lift The apartment had everything in it you could wish for great WIFI etc. The host was fantastic met us there on arrival even though we was late and sorted taxi out for return journey for us (as we needed one with large boot to fit 5 large cases and a wheel chair in it) getting taxi in Soller is a nightmare. The apartment is in a great location beach and shops right on door step and plenty of great restaurants The only negative I can say about the place is that the main bedroom does not have air con in it and the middle bathroom smells from time to time (no fault of the owner) don't let this put you off Enjoyed every minute of our stay and the host was fantastic

Pros: Sehr unkomplizierter Check in, guter Kontakt zur Besitzerin Waschmaschine, Trockner, jegliche Küchengeräte, alles da. Cons: Der Balkon ist sehr klein und mit der Klimaanlage zugestellt, das fanden wir sehr schade

Wohnung war idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Restaurants und Einkaufen

Pros: Lage zum Meer und zur Promenade sehr gut. Restaurants und Geschäfte sehr nahe. Gute und günstige Busverbindung nach z.B. Palma. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zu der Schlüsselhalterin. Parkplätze gab es problemlos in den Nachbarstraßen. Betten waren in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir im März zum Heizen nutzen. Cons: Wohnzimmer in der Fewo roch leider sehr intensiv nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, was auch innerhalb einer Woche nicht nachließ. Das war für uns als Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm. TV nur für spanische Sender, sollte in der Ausschreibung vermerkt sein. Ein Radio wäre schön gewesen.

Lovely flat

This flat was lovely really central to the Port. It was very clean and the communication with Aurelia was great. The middle bathroom was a bit smelly but came and went so we didn't complain because we assumed it was the drains. The flat was very well stocked with everything you might need,we will be booking it again !
