L’Abiho - Chalet climatisé avec piscine
The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned chalet for rent in Solliès-Toucas, located in a wooded residence with a swimming pool. It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed and 1 raised bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- 15 m² covered terrace facing southwest with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Shared swimming pool within the residence, heated and open from late April to October
The chalet is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Swimming pool, sports fields, and children's playground in the residence
- Hiking in the Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire mountains
- Swimming in the river (the Gapeau) just a few minutes away
- Canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or boat trips on the Argens or Gapeau rivers
- Horseback riding at nearby equestrian centers
- Tree climbing and adventure courses (in La Valette or Solliès-Pont)
- Visit the hilltop villages of the Var (Solliès-Ville, Cuers, Belgentier, etc.)
- Discover Toulon (15-20 min): Mont Faron cable car, Navy Museum, beaches, Provençal market
- Mourillon beaches in Toulon (about 25 min)
- Valgarde Golf Course or other golf courses within a 20-30 min radius
- Provençal markets in the surrounding villages (Solliès-Toucas, Solliès-Pont, etc.)
- Visits to vineyards and wine tastings in Provence
- La Londe-les-Maures animal park (approx. 30-40 min)
- Excursions to the Îles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) from Hyères (45 min)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot with assigned spaces. It is also possible to park in front of the chalet (1 space).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Solliès-Pont TER train station: 10 min by car, with connections to Toulon, Marseille, Nice, etc.
- Toulon TGV station: about 20 minutes by car
- Quick access to the highway: a few minutes away (A57 exit Solliès-Toucas)
- Bus stop nearby: regular connections to neighboring towns and Toulon
- Marseille-Provence Airport (Marignane): about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car
