"Never got the chance to stay here because it was double booked. A very frustrating experience arriving in the evening to no accommodation. I had confirmation of the booking and the money was taken out of my account straight why I will now have to apply to get a refund. An email was sent by the owner the day before but internet access in Samoa is not the best for perhaps a phone call will be much better in the future. "

"The best place we have stayed in, in Samoa. Beautiful home and grounds. Plenty of room for a big group. House was clean and had everything that you need, like you were in your own home. "Our family of 6 had a awesome time.The place was beautiful and clean hidden at the back of the property from the roads, nice to relax from a busy day in town with kids enjoying the pool. "Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Communication initially on how to get there was lacking, but fortunately they were early in their street and easy to find. We were actually swapped to Chalet #2, so comments reflect that unit. The unit is dated and tired. It is clean, and provides good kitchen resources (except the fridge has no shelves). The bathroom is old and dark, and while towels and a bar of soap are provided, there was no face towel, no hand towel, no light in the shower. The...

We went to dinner one night and only one night food was overpriced and not good at all. You’d be better off going into town to eat People at the front desk were very nice and responsive when issues came up . Room wasn’t great in great Repair But it Was comfortable and fairly spacious. "
